The Hope design was inspired by Sandy to encourage perseverance. This 14kt yellow gold pendant hangs from a hidden bail and is accented with a genuine padparadscha sapphire that dangles from the top of the butterfly's wing that is set in 14kt white gold. The padparadscha sapphire is used to symbolize leukemia, kidney cancer or uterine cancer. The pendant measures approximately 3/4" by 3/4" and is engraved on the back with the words, "Live, Love, Laugh."
